- The web-based investigation platform user accounts must meet the following minimum:
•    Must have investigation records search software that allows you to bring relevant content into a single working environment.
•    Must have a dashboard and interface that allows you to search data and provide exportable common file type outputs that can be easily shared with appropriate audience. 
•    Must be able to aggregate and filter billions of records including phone records, motor vehicle registrations, arrest and incarceration data, and criminal and court records. 
•    Must be able to create detailed customizable reports. 
•    Must be able to easily access previous search results and save them for future use. 
•    Must be able to run associate analytics to display a list of relatives and associates of the subject. 
•    Must have the capability to search social media data.
•    Must allow for 1,000 searches a month.
