Energy Management System

The vendor required to provide energy management system (EMS) programming services to operate and troubleshoot existing HVAC control systems and support integration of older systems into a centralized front end.
- Monthly services are expected to be completed during an eight (8) hour visit, taking place once every month for a total of 12 services annually. 
- Work will include troubleshooting HVAC system with country brand equipment and newer Lon mark certified devices, optimizing sequences, or scoping for utility monitoring and control systems integration using existing (or contractor) interfaces.
