- Phased Rollout
• Adopt a phased implementation strategy using Agile and Lean methodologies to promote iterative development, user feedback integration, and continuous improvement.
• Utilize DevOps practices to accelerate deployment cycles and maintain high-quality releases across project phases.
• Conduct iterative reviews at each phase to validate user acceptance, ensure system stability, and optimize configuration.
- Ongoing User Support
• Deliver comprehensive user support through multiple channels (in-app, email, and phone) tailored to user roles, such as parent educators, supervisors, and administrators.
• Co-develop clear, concise, and culturally relevant documentation and training materials in collaboration with the client.
• Provide structured training sessions aligned with program needs and learning styles to ensure confident system adoption.
