- Provide a fully functional, cloud-based platform designed to assess candidates applying for technical roles such as Deskside Analysts, Network Analysts, Senior Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and Cybersecurity Specialists.
- The system should feature the ability to streamline the assessment process through features like automatic candidate invitations.
- The solution will include role-specific tests such as coding challenges (language-specific), system design exercises, scenarios, and simulations. The platform should support both custom content and templated industry-standard assessments.
- All assessments should have time limits and a limited time window for candidates to complete the assessment, with the ability for candidates to request an extension of the deadline.
- The platform should include live coding environment tests, typing tests, and audio response questions. All exams should be received immediately after candidate completion. The platform should be able to create custom exams based on a provided job description.
- The platform should feature proctoring tools, including AI-enabled tools, such as webcam monitoring, copy paste detection, voice detection, mouse tracking, screen tracking, browser lockdown, and IP logging to maintain assessment integrity. All candidate activity should be logged, with audit trails accessible by hiring teams.
- The platform should integrate seamlessly with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and include role-based access control for recruiters, managers, and administrators. It should allow for automatic data synchronization with candidates and across the system.
- Must ensure the platform meets all agency privacy, security, and data protection standards, including encryption, audit logging, and candidate consent tracking. Ongoing vendor support, training, and platform updates are expected throughout the term of use.
