Employee Training Learning Management System

The vendor required to provide learning management (LMS) solution that supports training of both employees and outside personnel for all member universities and agencies.
- The solution should be a SaaS based application that can support a multi-institutional configuration with over 50,000 users and allow for automatic course assignments as well as a training records management system that integrates with other training platforms.

•    System allows users to interact in an ‘offline’ mode with materials and activities and then sync upon connectivity being re-established.

•    Data elements can be imported from our existing LMS
•    Importing materials and activities from other LMS systems into your system.
•    Any “white glove” additional services you provide for a successful implementation.
•    The LMS implementation directly, or is it contracted out to an implementation partner
•    Level of change management support provide or provide through a third party
3. System security and disaster recovery
•    Security measures are in place for each hosting method
•    Communicate security issues or events with the customer
•    System’s security implementation regarding data-in-transit and data-at-rest
•    Published disaster recovery plan
•    Test your disaster recovery plan
•    Disaster recovery tests with the customer
•    Services or tools are available to LMS administrators and course owners to recover from accidental deletion.
