Relativity Software and eDiscovery

The Vendor is required to provide for relativity or equal software and eDiscovery services.
- System Requirements
•    Online document review platform for electronic discovery with robust document search and organization functions. 
•    Ability to accept standard load files (.dat, .opt) in a variety of encodings
•    Early case assessment tool
•    Ability to process and ingest a variety of file types, across at least Microsoft, Google and Apple products  including but not limited to:

•    Web-based hosting that works on various internet browsers like Edge and Crome
•    Document viewer that can easily and quickly open a variety of file types
•    Native/Near Native viewing ability
•    Image-based viewing ability
•    Ability to dock and un-dock viewer panels that will maintain synchronization
•    Ability to download native files 
•    Ability to redact and have multiple redaction sets
•    Ability to sort and filter review sets
•    Ability to group by family (parent and child documents)
•    Customizable persistent highlighting, including by end user admin
•    Customization of coding panel, including by end user admin
•    Bulk tagging (by family, search result, etc.)
•    Exportation and creation of privilege log, including by end user admin
•    Searching on tags and metadata
•    Ability to easily save search results (including private searches and shared searches) 
•    Assign batches for review
•    Configurable security structure down to individual case or object
•    Reporting on case progress, including the total number of documents reviewed, tagged, marked privilege, etc.  End user admin should have the ability to run these reports.

- Provide a secure, cloud-based hosting solution supporting all aspects of the services provided; including data loading, hosting, system security, internal quality assurance and chain of custody. 
- The contractor will quickly and efficiently load incoming data into the COTS (Commercial off the shelf) platform.
- The services provided by the contractor must cover database set-up, user training, user support, data importation, data exportation, system maintenance, data administration, project management, and any other services necessary.
- Provide real-time monitoring of the network, operating system, firewalls, web servers, database servers, network routers arid switches.
