Time Scheduler Software

The vendor required to provide time scheduler software for include:
- Expected services:
•    Manage the overall project
•    Provide TCO for proposed platform
•    Implement the new platform
•    Migrate all pay rules, reports, and all other relevant data from UKG WFC
•    Development and implementation of integrations
•    Lead any necessary discovery sessions
•    Lead functional and UAT testing
•    Implement single sign on
•    Assist with security assessments, auditing, PIAs, and STRAs.
•    Provide training to staff
•    Cutover support and hyper care when moving to new system
- Advanced scheduling
•    Advanced scheduling capabilities within the selected platform (or integrated solution) to support unionized and exempt operations. 
•    Software platform must have the appropriate demonstrated capacity to support this future phase.
- Human capital management (HCM)
•    Placeholder scope for future HCM capabilities (e.g., core HR, recruiting and onboarding, performance and learning), to be further defined in a later phase.
•    Software platform must have the appropriate demonstrated capacity to support this future phase.
