The Vendor is required to provide to maintain its existing CRM platform.
- The current CRM has a MSSQL Server database backend.
- The CRM platform will need to effectively migrate this large dataset to their backend with little to no loss. 
- The platform must have a user-friendly interface that allows agency staff to easily enter and report data.
- Public-facing components are required so that potential clients may request counseling or register for a training event.
