Elections Voting System

The vendor required to provide elections voting system for include:
- Provide a voting platform accessible through at least one of the following voting methods:
•    Remote and in person internet voting with telephone voting;
•    Vote tabulators with paper ballots; or,
•    Mail in ballots and in person voting using vote tabulators.
- Internet and telephone voting
•    Utilizing this method electors would have the opportunity to vote online or by telephone during the advance voting period and on election day. 
•    Voter help centers will be available during the advance voting period.
•    Prior to opening of advanced voting, all eligible electors appearing on the voters’ list will be sent a voter information letter (VIL) by mail. 
•    This letter will include information on the advance voting period and voting day location, in addition to one pin required for telephone and online voting. 
•    Several days after the first mail out a separate VIL shall be mailed to all eligible electors appearing on the voters’ list with a second pin and instructions relating to use of date of birth.
•    The VIL will also provide clear instruction on how to verify voter identification such as solutions that may include the ability to upload photo identification.
- Vote tabulators
•    Utilizing this method electors would have the opportunity to vote in person using paper ballots on advance voting dates and on election day.
•    This method will require the provision and support of vote counting tabulators, including software, memory devices, supplies, training, voting period support and other related services.
