Parking Guidance System

The Vendor is required to provide cloud-based parking guidance system (PGS) accessible via web browser and mobile devices for its two downtown parking areas.
- Provide motorists an aggregate real-time occupancy with intelligent transportation system to find unoccupied parking spaces which maximizes usage and revenue in the city owned parking spaces.
- We require flush-mounted parking sensors on streets and paved lots that provide real-time data to users via a mobile app and two digital matrix signs at key locations. 
- A web dashboard should offer real-time monitoring and reporting on metrics like peak occupancy, total occupancy, dwell time, turnover, and length of stay, etc. 
- The system should also be able to integrate with current enforcement software (park loyalty) in future phases. 
- The system should also be compatible with camera or license plate readers (LPR) systems for future integration with our unpaved parking areas.
