Centralized Contract Platform

The Vendor is required to provide centralized contract platform for publishing contracts for public and staff searching and viewing.
- Centralized contract solution that supports either native document storage or integration-based access to county- managed repositories, while providing public transparency and configurable internal workflows.
- Requirement:
1. Centralized and authoritative source for executed contracts
•    Singular access point for executed contracts available to the public seeking information.
•    Solution that supports either native document storage or integration-based access to county-managed repositories.
2. Public-facing interface to for searching and viewing contracts
•    End-user features providing search, sort, filter, group, view and zoom capabilities. 
•    Ability to issue CORA requests for contracts not published.
3. Configurable internal workflows for contract publishing
•    Support for workflows and activities for a wide range of contract types.
•    Internal staff features for preparing executed contracts for public view, including review and approvals, redaction, tagging, and categorization.
4. Automation
•    Optical character recognition (OCR) for scanned contracts to ensure they are fully searchable and machine-readable.
•    Automated processes to manage adding and archiving contracts to and from public view.
5. Integration with enterprise systems
•    Interoperability with current systems to support an optimized approach to sharing contracts externally including but not limited to workday and SharePoint.
•    Interoperability with Gimmal for retention and legal compliance.
