The Vendor is required to provide paratransit on-demand software for include:
• Project kickoff and implementation plan
o Detailed project plan including timeline, milestones, risk management, and resource allocation.
• System configuration
o Fully configured production environment reflecting NinerRides business rules, stops, vehicles, and user roles
• Integration and authentication
o Functional integration with university single sign on – MS ENTRA id using either SAML or university charlotte faculty, staff and students
• Routing and accessibility configuration
o Implementation of approved sidewalks and restricted zones; validation of pedestrian-speed routing and dynamic guidance functions
• Testing and validation
o User acceptance testing (UAT) with pats dispatch and ONEIT, validation of paratransit and on-demand routing logic; resolution of all critical defects
• Training and documentation
o Training for dispatchers, drivers, and administrators; vendor-provided users and technical manuals
• Go-live support
o Active on-site or remote support during the initial deployment period
• Post-implementation review
o Written summary of system performance, lessons learner, and recommended improvements.
