Fully-Automated ELISA Analysis System

The Vendor is required to provide fully-automated ELISA analysis system for include:
- Instrument analysis overview
•    The system should have the capacity to hold a minimum of 15 samples and analyze cyanotoxins, specifically: Cylindrospermopsin, Anatoxin-a, and microcystins. 
•    The instrument must possess full traceability for long-term results storage, including calibration and reagent data. 
•    It should be able to fit on a standard laboratory benchtop. 
•    The instrument can hold up to all necessary reagents, with no adapters. 
•    It must display a passing curve with a minimum correlation coefficient of 0.995.
- Consumables
•    Consumables consist of ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) kits that are utilized to detect and measure the concentration of cyanotoxins, specifically cylindrospermopsin, anatoxin-a, and microcystin. 
•    Each individual cyanotoxin of interest has a kit for analysis. 
•    The consumables must meet the drinking water and wastewater requirements by having the ability to detect at or less than 0.3ug/l microcystins, 0.7ug/l for cylindrospermopsin and 0.150ug/l for anatoxin-a. These requirements are based on the epa’s health advisories. 
•    The epa has a health advisory level for microcystins of 0.3ug/l in young children and 1.6ug/l in school age children and adults. 
•    For cylindrospermopsin the epa has established an advisory level of 0.7ug/l in young children and 3.0ug/l in school age children to adults. 
•    Although the epa has not established a health advisory for anatoxin-a, our established limit is the detection limit of 0.150ug/l.
- Computer
•    Windows 10 or higher. 
•    The computer will be imaged by the city it team to comply with the city's network requirements. 
•    Optional: ability to connect to the network and operate offline will be determined at a later date with a meeting with the city and the service engineer.
- Software
•    Advanced user settings for making changes to the method and software.
•    Audit trail for tracking changes and actions within the system.
•    Traceability for maintaining a record of processes and activities.
•    Date and time stamping of raw data for accurate documentation.
- Service and installation
•    Certified installation by factory-trained service engineers
•    Preventive maintenance plans for future purchase
•    Service repair with remote capabilities for quick turnaround.
