The Vendor is required to provide a modern, integrated student housing management software solution to streamline all aspects of housing operations, improve the student experience, and enhance administrative efficiency.
- To implement a platform that streamlines the management for our student housing dormitory tenants and residents, improves operational efficiency, enhances visibility into property performance, and supports a high quality experience for tenants, residents, and internal stakeholders.

4. Tenant and resident portal
•    Provide modern tenant and resident self-service via portal and mobile access
•    Online rent payments, account management, and communication tools
•    Maintenance request submission and tracking
•    Document sharing (leases, notices, policies)
5. Reporting, analytics, and dashboards
•    Real-time dashboards with customizable KPIs
•    Standard and ad-hoc reporting capabilities
