Venue Outfitting and Entertainment Integration Solutions

The Vendor is required to provide venue outfitting and entertainment integration solution services including but not limited to:
•    Installation and integration; including design, engineering, implementation, and service of permanent or temporary venues and systems 
•    Production; including turnkey solutions for event planning and management, short and long-term equipment rental, crew and labor services, and production management 
•    Transportation; including transportation, logistics, and freight management of equipment for products, services, and venues 
•    Customized solutions and design services; many purchasing group members utilizing services under this contract will require design services and customized solutions. 
•    Respondents should provide their capabilities to deliver system design, engineering consultation, technology assessments, and integrated solutions
- Venue outfitting and entertainment integration solution products including but not limited to:
•    Professional audio systems; including speakers, subwoofers, line arrays, consoles, microphones, amplifiers, outboard gear, processors, pa systems, intercoms and production communication systems, assistive listening and ADA-compliant audio systems, sound masking systems, acoustic treatment products, and other related solutions designed to serve the needs of venues defined herein. 
•    Systems should be designed for a full range of audio applications, including voice, music, and broadcast visual systems; including projectors, monitors, flat panel displays, cameras, led video walls, scoreboards, digital signage displays and media players, content management systems, wayfinding and kiosk displays, IMAG systems, replay and highlight systems, and other related solutions 
•    Broadcast, streaming, and hybrid event systems; including live streaming encoders and decoders, broadcast-quality video switchers and production systems, multi-camera production systems, virtual and hybrid event infrastructure, web conferencing room systems and hardware, recording and playback systems, and other related solutions 
•    Networked AV and signal distribution systems; including AV-over-IP systems and infrastructure, network switches and fiber infrastructure for AV applications, structured cabling and signal distribution hardware, digital audio networking systems, and other related solutions 
•    Control systems and room automation; including control processors, touch panels, digital signal processors (DSPS), unified AV control platforms, room scheduling and automation systems, and other related solutions 
•    Customized lighting and effects; including fog and atmospheric effects, moving lights, ellipsoidal and spotlights, pars, led walls, lighting controls, follow spots, architectural and theatrical lighting, and other related solutions 
•    Staging, rigging, and draperies; including mobile and permanent staging, controllers, trusses, hoists and lifts, draperies, portable and modular stage systems, and other related solutions 
•    Power distribution and electrical infrastructure; including entertainment grade power distribution units, dimmer racks, power conditioning systems, uninterruptible power supplies (ups), and other related solutions 
•    Esports and gaming systems; including gaming workstations and peripherals, high-refresh and low-latency display systems, tournament infrastructure, esports broadcast and capture systems, and other related solutions 
•    Other entertainment systems; includes all other products and services necessary to fulfill the needs of an entertainment, performance, or conference venue not already defined above.
