The Vendor is required to provide rev platform software and/or services capable of converting Audio recordings, video files, and discovery materials into accurate, searchable, and indexed digital text assets.
- The solution must support transcription, captioning, and advanced search functionality with time-stamped citations.
- The platform must include but not limited to the following:
•    Unlimited verbatim AI transcription and caption minutes/seat/month in 37+ languages.
•    High volume analysis (up to 500 files at once) for large investigations and complex cases
•    Side-by-side foreign language translation for transcripts
•    Unlimited custom templates such as case interview analysis, inconsistency spotting and narrative summaries
•    Secure mobile app for dictation, on-the-go transcription and case review.
•    Dedicated onboarding and customer success
•    Enterprise-Level Support.
