The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive software-as-a-service (SaaS) recruitment management system that includes, but is not limited to, the following functional areas:
• Recruitment and hiring comprehensive recruitment module that supports the full hiring lifecycle, including initiating recruitment through hiring requisition forms and processes; posting positions to internal and external sites; providing a portal for applicants to apply; managing candidate applications; offering screening and scoring tools; coordinating interviews and reference checks; and documenting and approving final hiring decisions.
• Pre-employment conditions and offer issuance - supports managing all pre-employment conditions that must be fulfilled prior to issuing a final offer, with candidates able to upload all required documents directly through the portal.
• The solution additionally provides tools for creating conditional and final job offer templates.
• Onboarding and pre-boarding - features that assist new employees in completing required tasks prior to their first day (policy review, forms, training, etc.).
• Job description and classification management - a central place to store job descriptions, update them, and manage job classifications.
• The system should support updates, approval routing, and connections between job descriptions, requisitions, and postings.
• Reporting, analytics, and compliance - dashboards, metrics, and reports that assist HR and leadership understand hiring trends, workforce data and meet legal or policy requirements.
• SaaS, integration, security, and technical requirements - cloud based access from any device, strong security, reliable performance, and smooth integration with unit4 ERPX and other systems.
