Care Portal Software Access

The Vendor is required to provide care portal software access for include:
•    Respondent must provide access to the care portal technology platform.
•    Respondent will prepare written reports for department when requested and in the format required by department.
•    Respondent will maintain existing network of community partners.
•    Respondent will update and provide maintenance to the care portal platform when necessary and when requested by department.
