Registration Platform

The Vendor is required to provide registration platform for a centralized, scalable platform for multiple district departments to utilize for payments and registrations and to manage district-wide enrichment classes and after-school extended care programs across multiple campuses. 
- The system must support high-volume registrations, complex program structures, and district operational needs while providing a smooth experience for families and staff.
- Core functional needs
•    Online catalog and registration for enrichment classes and extended care
•    Secure payment processing with support for refunds, credits, discounts, and fee adjustments
•    Ability to email invoices and to batch process monthly payments for the extended care program
•    Ability to enter attendance for the drop-in program and generate billing for each month
•    Real-time enrollment tracking with waitlists and capacity controls
•    Attendance tracking for daily extended care and enrichment sessions, paper-printed rosters, student information, and attendance sheets
•    Ability to switch registrations between classes and create a credit for future use if
•    Canceled
•    Ability to make global changes to reduce manual work.
•    Automatically send emails when there is a payment failure
•    Automated communication tools (confirmations, reminders, updates, cancellations)
•    Department receives an email notification when the payment is received
•    Payment collection needs to allow the user to enter a dynamic payment number. 
•    Each payment will be a unique amount.
