The Vendor is required to provide multimedia advertising platforms for a one year contract term.
- Website, mobile, outdoor and digital advertising campaigns utilizing County’s existing library of audio and video commercials and/or static and animated banner assets for placement on highly visible websites, news platforms, radio stations, television networks, streaming platforms, billboards, digital boards, and social media platforms.
- Media outlets shall be selected based on demonstrated traffic volume, geographic reach, audience demographics and targeting capabilities.
- Support advertising, public information and promotional initiatives for all county departments and offices.
- Provide associated media services, including but not limited to, blogging, print advertising, signage, and search engine marketing, social media advertising, and related digital strategies.
- All campaign components, media plans, flight schedules and placements must receive prior written approval from the ocean county public affairs director or designated county representative before implementation.
- Campaign placements may include video pre-roll advertising, video overlays, connected television placements, streaming audio, digital display advertising, paid social media campaigns and other targeted media placements as determined appropriate for each departmental initiative.
- Targeting and placement strategies shall include, but not be limited to, geo-targeting, demographic and behavioral targeting, contextual targeting, search retargeting, audience segmentation, search engine optimization, and ongoing campaign performance optimization during the approved campaign flight.
- Provide documented reporting for each campaign, including campaign flight dates, impressions delivered, click-through rates, geographic impact including zip code reporting where applicable, reach versus total impressions and performance results measured against customized targets established by ocean county.
- The vendor’s assigned representative must demonstrate familiarity with county and the ability to provide strategic advisement aligned with County branding standards and departmental communications objectives.
