Driver License and Identification Card Solution

The Vendor is required to provide for driver license and identification card solution (DL/ID).
- The production of the cards must incorporate all possible measures necessary to ensure accurate and true issuance and delivery of the cards, while preventing the alteration or fraudulent replication of those credentials.
- These services include the issuance of secure driver licenses, driver permits, non-driver identification documents and other identification documents. From 2016-2025, secure document production has totaled more than forty-six million (46,000,000) documents in addition to the approximately three million nine hundred thousand (3,900,000) ID cards produced.
- The Contractor’s document production services will include all required hardware, software, design, development, customization, installation, training, production, personnel, supplies and maintenance incident to production
- Must maintain the current design of Employee ID and Occupation/Professional ID cards for certain customer agencies.
- There is general public acceptance and trust placed in documents issued by state governments, it is incumbent upon department to ensure the highest level of security and integrity of the credentials produced; consequently, bidders must place strong emphasis on security-driven, high-quality processes and products.
