Human Resources Information System

The Vendor is required to provide cloud based human resources information system (HRIS) that streamlines recruitment, onboarding, and core HR operations while enhancing employee engagement and communication.
- The system shall include applicant tracking, employee records management, and document management with electronic signatures, reporting and analytics, and integration with existing district systems. 
- The solution must provide secure, role based access for HR, supervisors, and leadership, and support real time data to inform decision making while maintaining compliance with all applicable federal and state requirements.
