The Vendor is required to provide inspection reporting system for include:
•    System is web-based, using modern technology (html5) 
•    System works with all modern computer software browsers (chrome, edge, safari, etc.) 
•    System follows responsive design (works on phones, tablets, pcs, etc.) 
•    Software has an unlimited licensing model for staff, public users, and customers of ours so that as we grow, we will not have to pay more for additional user licenses 
•    System can be accessed 24/7 
•    System is currently used by a state licensing agency 
•    System is currently used by a state permitting agency 
•    System is highly configurable (generally does not require “customizations” at an additional cost) 
•    Either a hosted or on-premises offering of your solution 
•    If we decide on a hosted solution, is there an additional cost for increased server space 
•    Software require browser “plug-ins” or additional software to be fully deployable for mobile and field users, online portal users, or other external users 
•    Provide technical management in a hosted environment to ensure space, size and allocation, etc. Does not become an issue for our technical team(s) 
•    Software have easy to use administration capabilities so that after “go live” our organization can generally be self-sufficient 
•    System is created by your company or do you utilize someone else’s software (i.e., we implement software created by another company) 
•    3rd party implementation or professional services for your projects 
•    Support this product in its entirety after the successful go live or is that managed by another company/team/business unit 
•    System includes true workflow or field capable triggers that will allow us to automate many current processes 
•    System integrates with MS word and excel products
