• Create, manage, track, preventive maintenance
• Reservation scheduling
6. Reporting and analytics
• Gathers data on costs, labor hours, and equipment usage to improve efficiency.
• Real-time tracking-centralized dashboards showing the status (e.g... "to do," in progress, done") of all active or closed requests.
• Inventory management, active inventory checks
• Ability to run work orders by tech's, buildings, tasks, areas, work order aging reports, completions
