- The desired solution should improve the discovery and accessibility of licensed and open‑access materials through integration with existing library systems and user workflows.
- Requirements: 
•    A solution which enhances records for libraries’ subscribed content and open access content to provide additional information to library patrons.
•    Allows for one-click access to full text documents. 
•    Provides integrations with commercial and open-source discovery services.
•    Integrated into open-URL based database resources, as a browser extension, and other 3rd party services. 
•    Allow the university and university libraries to select per document/resource formats accessed through one-click access. 
•    Ability to identify library resources on scholarly websites for patrons to access.
