The Vendor is required to provide physical installation of Video System at agency.
- Services include:
• Design and Engineering – all preliminary and final design submissions sealed by a Professional Engineer, detailed drawings, wiring diagrams, structural support calculations, and integration plans.
• Equipment and Materials – supply of the complete curved LED Video Display Wall (VDW), Display Content Management System (DCMS), audio system components, cabling, power distribution hardware, and all ancillary equipment required for full functionality.
• Integration and Installation – delivery, off-loading, staging, structural mounting, electrical and network connections, configuration of the DCMS with the Region’s Genetec VMS, and on-site coordination with other trades.
• Testing and Commissioning – execution of the full four-stage acceptance testing program (Pre-Installation Testing, Proof of Performance, System Integration Testing, and the 14-day Operational Performance Test) and submission of all test reports.
• Training and Documentation – operator and administrator training sessions, user manuals, maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, cable run lists, IP addressing schedules, and all other close-out documentation.
• Warranty, Support, and Service Levels – the full warranty and operational support program, including preventive maintenance, emergency service, and compliance with the 99.95 % system-availability target and other SLA obligations.
- The Video System to be delivered under this Contract includes the following components:
• Video Display Wall
• Display Content Management System
• Speakers
- The Digital Content Management System (DCMS) is a collaborative network-based video content distribution and management system for all visual displays in the agency.
- The visual displays include the video display wall and operator workstations.
- Users of the DCMS will have access to all visual content available on the network, including CCTV field video, CATV, workstation applications, web pages and other online applications.
- The DCMS will have the ability to create and edit video display wall and monitor layouts. The DCMS will also have the ability to manage external user presentation content for control room presentations.
- VDW – The Video Display Wall is located in the Control Room and shall be the primary visual display for operators.
- DCMS – The Display Content Management System shall manage all networked visual content throughout the facility, including the VDW’s.
- VMS – The existing Genetec VMS shall manage CCTV streaming video, PTZ control, and archiving.
- CATV – Cable TV is an input source into the Video Systems. This source is managed and controlled locally by the AV system in the Control Room.
