The Vendor is required to provide for a comprehensive family engagement, student progress, and school-to-home communication platform designed to improve communication and transparency between schools, students, parents/guardians, and educators.
- Solution shall provide a centralized, secure, and easy-to-understand platform that allows authorized users to access and understand student academic progress, attendance, assignments, assessments, school information, and related communications.
- Solution shall support personalized communications to parents/guardians and students, including automated or system-generated student-specific summaries, newsletters, updates, and notifications, with minimal manual effort required by District or school staff.
