Research Security Compliance System

The Vendor is required to provide for a configurable and adaptable out-of-the-box software solution to manage all aspects of the research security program.
- For researchers, this means they must disclose all foreign collaborations, complete research security training and export control training, disclose international travel plans, and maintain digital persistent identifiers (ORCID ids), among other requirements.
- Research administrators are responsible to gather, vet, and track this information, and then develop and enforce risk mitigation plans for each researcher based on their disclosed information.
- Software option that brings together all required components for research security program compliance into one system to assist agency in compliance with federal regulations.
