The Vendor is required to provide for secured application management system (digital platform) for corrections to support computer lab set-ups with multiple types of devices and provide secure delivery across state correctional facilities (including 2 factor).
- The platform will enable secure educational access, workforce training, content management, and integration with core learning providers.
- Objectives:
• Delivers and provide access to educational content in correctional settings across multiple device types (Chromebooks, Apple devices, PCs, Thin Client tablets,).
• Supports secure learning, testing, training, workforce development, and rehabilitation.
• Integrates with major LMS platforms and content providers that are used by agenyc (e.g., Amatrol, Aztec & Essential Ed (GED practice), Pearson VUE testing platform (GED exams, e.g.), Online High School K-12 Management/County Schools -Cyber High (Online High School), CANVAS, Brightspace, etc.).
• Ensures appropriate monitoring, security, compliance, and offline/online modes suitable for high-security environments.
- Must support Google Workspace SSO and Active Directory integration.

• iOS platforms such as Chromebooks and Apple devices (iPhone, iPads, iMac, MacBook) –
• Windows devices: PCs and Thin Clients, including ViaPath Tablets.
• SSO capabilities, specifically for Google Workspace (IDP).
• Include mobile device support, note that DRC uses laptops and PCs in addition to tablets (Chromebooks and Apple devices).
• Active Directory Integration must be supported.
• ADA features for accessibility.
• Explain how the platform supports monitoring student use, including recordings (pictures or face recognition), hours and days of use.

- Supported deployment models (e.g., on-premises, cloud, and hybrid) and how each model addresses security and connectivity constraints typical in secure facilities.
- End-user device options (e.g., secure Chromebook, apple devices, tablets, PCs, computer labs, shared kiosks), and how the platform manages devices and user access within housing units, classrooms, and workforce centers
- Scalability considerations, including ability to support multiple institutions, thousands of concurrent users, and phased rollouts across a statewide system.
- Approach to implementation, including discovery, configuration, integrations (e.g., existing LMS, student information systems, and offender management systems), pilot phases, software or platform maintenance/updates and production rollout.
- Training offerings for facility staff, educators, and administrators (e.g., initial training, ongoing professional development, online/offline resources, train-the trainer programs).
- Support model, including hours of operation, SLAs, escalation paths, and access to technical and customer success resources.
