- Student Management System
• Access to a standard template that provides information to both parents and students prior to class registration in the agency driver education program. This template can be used by both the agency driver’s education contractor and agency administration.
• Parent, student, and instructor access to 24-hour online registration
• Parents can view the number of class seats available during the registration process and will receive immediate seat confirmation upon payment.
• Lead teachers can update information applicable to their school site.
• All student information to be digitalized, organized and easily accessible, including payment information. Must be easy for teachers, lead teachers, and office staff to access.
• Provide both online and form letters as a method of communication to both parent and student.
• Immediately generate notifications in the event of cancellations/school closures.
• Provide a record of communication that can be accessed by driving school vendor staff.
• Modern credit card payment system.
• Ability to provide the agency waiver of fee during the registration payment.
• Admin accounts can immediately access the roster, attendance information, contact information and other information as deemed necessary.
• Admin accounts can transfer a student from current class to another class.
• Parents and students can access their individual registration information, schedule, and payment records at any time.
• Provide equity of access and transparency for a process that has increased yearly interest.
• Manual inclusion special circumstance students.
• Software must be reviewed and approved by agency Technology Department prior to installation.
