Data Security Posture Management Solution

The Vendor is required to provide for data security posture management solution.
- Services anticipated, but is not limited to, the following:
• Solution licensing or subscription, design, configuration, and implementation
• Integration with the City’s existing identity, classification, and productivity ecosystem
• Testing, training, and change management
• Ongoing sustainment and knowledge transfer
- The City is particularly interested in solutions and services that address the following capability areas:
• Discovery and inventory of structured and unstructured data across cloud object storage, SaaS productivity platforms, on-premises file shares, and managed databases
• Automated data classification, with the ability to consume and respect existing enterprise sensitivity labels
• Continuous posture assessment, risk scoring, and remediation guidance
• Integration with enterprise identity and multi-factor authentication services
• Integration with the City’s IT service management and analytics tooling via standard APIs
- Enterprise SaaS productivity and collaboration suite (mail, calendaring, file sharing, chat, document collaboration)
- Hyper scale public cloud provider — object storage and managed relational database services
- Windows-based file servers and network-attached storage exposing standard file-share protocols
- Cloud-hosted enterprise directory with multi-factor authentication
- Enterprise data classification platform supporting sensitivity labels applied across productivity, storage, and email
- Enterprise IT service management platform for ticketing and request management
- Enterprise business intelligence platform
- Cloud-hosted source code repository service
- Various integrated SaaS applications consumed by City business units
- Several thousand staff and contractor accounts
- Multi-petabyte aggregate across cloud and on-premises repositories
