ParScore Workstation Annual Software Maintenance and Support Services

The Vendor is required to provide parscore workstation annual software maintenance and support services for include:
• Maintenance services to be provided by contractor between the business hours of 8:00 A.M through 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday, excluding county holidays, as listed below.
• Each contractor technician shall be supplied with the necessary representative inventory of parts.
• If no such part is a locally, part shall be shipped overnight and available the following day.
• New software updates and patches are to be installed by the contractor’s services technician.
• All charges for travel, maintenance and support shall be included in the annual fee.
