Projector and Audio Systems

The Vendor is required to provide to supply and install projector and audio systems on an as and when required basis.
- A projector and audio system include but not limited to:
• System Design
• Projectors
• Screen
• Mounts
• Projective equipment cages
• Racks
• Audio System (Speakers, sound board, wireless/wired mic system)
• Electrical wiring, fittings, conduit, breakers, etc.
• Low voltage wiring and connection terminations
• Programming
• Training
• Maintenance
- Services include:
• Supply and install a rear mounted 8500 lumens projector
• Supply and install a 189' diameter motorized tensioned project screen, toggle switch to be placed in the stage area near the new audio rack
• Supply and install HDMI input on the front/north end of the stage-supply and install a wall mounted audio rack with Bluetooth capabilities, 4 wireless microphone systems (2 handheld and 2 body packs), amplifier, mixer, etc.
• Remove and replace speakers - wire back to the audio rack
• Provide power for the motorized projector screen and projector
• Provide all conduit and wiring to create an operating projector system
• Wire and use the HD base t input from projector to the HDMI input
• Wire and use the audio output from the projector to a mixer input at the audio rack (alternatively -can use the HDMI input audio output as well)-wire and install the projector screen to the projector toggle switch
• Wire and install the new speakers to the audio rack amplifier
• Provide new electrical circuit for the projector screen-enclose all wiring in conduit
• Complete a final system calibration before turnover and provide a in-service to school staff
