The Vendor is required to provide student transcript processing software for include:
• Multi factor authentication (MFA) solutions the supplier's proposed solution supports.
• The authentication methods used for administration of supplier's proposed solution.
• The process is to create and present a portal that allows users to request and assign addresses
• Options are available for importing existing configuration data to proposed solution, including, but not limited to, cross-vendor, etc.
• Supplier's proposed solution supports role based access control (RBAC).
• The physical requirements of the proposed solution including, but not limited to rack space, power, cooling, etc.
• The connectivity requirements of the proposed solution, including but not limited to, Ethernet, fiber, speeds, etc.
• API's are used in supplier's proposed solution.
• Include information regarding the features that can be used via an API call, including, but not limited to, external monitoring.
• Data integrations happen between supplier's proposed product system and the universities' environment.
• Protocols are used, what data supplier expects from the university, what data supplier provides to the universities and any technical details such as authentication, encryption methods, process, data and files structures, transfer intervals, etc.
• Approach to data security, including, but not limited to, encryption, key management, virus prevention, and hacking penetration testing and frequency, etc.
• Product allows applicants to upload his own transcripts for processing.
• If applicants are not allowed to upload their own transcripts, please provide information on how supplier's proposed product gives access to and how university functional staff can upload transcripts.
• Proposed product test environment or staging area.
• Explain if supplier does not have this.
• Integrates with artificial intelligence large language models (AI LLM) services.
• The information that is used to train artificial intelligence models at this time.
• Product relies on external model providers.
• Provide specific information regarding data protections that are in place related to AI LLM in supplier's proposed product.
• Include information on supplier's proposed product's current template training, machine learning adaptability, and the supplier's ability to add new formats over time.
• Reporting the proposed solution supports.
• Include information on the reporting methods supplier's proposed solution supports, such as, but not limited to, email, printed, etc.
• The universities are interested in reports, such as, but not limited to: automated, system reports that would be delivered to university staff on a scheduled basis.
• The data retention duration of the supplier’s proposed solution and the extent to which this is configurable.
• Options are available for exporting institutional data from supplier's tool.
