Written Translation and Desktop Publishing Services

The vendor is required to provide that written translation and desktop publishing services as needed for written translation of notices, letters, fact sheets, forms, pamphlets, leaflets, brochures, legal documents, presentations, and reports.
- To assist consumers who are unable to read and/or write in english, or whose english reading and/or writing skills are at a level that makes it difficult for the consumer to comprehend the department or health plan published english written materials.
- Provide written translation services to the department for languages that include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Arabic, Armenian, Cambodian, Chinese, Farsi, French, German, Hebrew, Hindi, Hmong, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Laotian, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Thai, Turkish, Urdu, Vietnamese.
