Fuzhounese Language Interpretation Services

The Vendor is required to provide s for professional fuzhounese interpretation services to support communication between the vendor and fuzhounese-speaking individuals.
- The interpreter will ensure smooth and accurate translation in spoken interactions across various scenarios, including meetings, interviews, or events.
- Objectives
o    Provide seamless interpretation services, ensuring all parties can communicate effectively without linguistic or cultural barriers.
- Services Required
•    The interpreter must be available for a minimum of 13 hours per week.
•    Consecutive Interpretation
o    Translating spoken content from Fuzhounese to English and vice-versa during real-time conversations.
•    Simultaneous Interpretation (if required)
o    Providing real-time interpretation in settings such as conferences or events.
•    Document Review and Sight Translation (Optional)
o    Reviewing brief documents on-site and providing oral translations as needed.
•    Cultural Mediation
o    Offering insights to ensure messages are contextually accurate and culturally appropriate. 
•    Pre-Engagement Preparation
o    Review elevant materials (e.g., agendas, background information) to familiarize with the topics.
o    Participate in a briefing session if necessary to align expectations.
•    On-Site / Remote Interpretation
o    Attend meetings, interviews, conferences, or other scheduled events (in person or via video/phone).
o    Accurately interpret without adding, omitting, or altering the meaning of the original message.
o    Maintain confidentiality and neutrality throughout all interactions.
