French and English Translation Services

The Vendor is required to provide full post editing (FPE) and translation services for high volume, general purpose content from English to French and, on a more limited basis, from French to English.
- General translation services
• Full post editing of machine translated or pre translated content in accordance with dc’s quality standards, terminology, and style guide;
• Translation of creative or stylistic content (e.g. Marketing, social media, or editorial materials) where machine translation and post-editing are not applied;
• Bilingual comparative review of source and target texts;
• Proofreading or revision following formatting, desktop publishing, or web publication, where applicable.
- Legal and specialized translation services
• Translation, or full post-editing with additional independent linguistic review, of contracts, agreements, procurement documents, policies, and other legal or regulatory materials;
• Translation of specialized content requiring advanced domain expertise, additional research, and heightened linguistic precision;
• Revision, proofreading, or bilingual comparative review services associated with specialized assignments.
