The Vendor is required to provide for instructional materials at the ACTFL intermediate level of proficiency for levels 3 and 4 world languages courses (per superintendent policy and rule 6002) in Chinese, French, Spanish, and Latin to include textbooks, digital components, student workbooks, and teacher resources for high school students at the secondary level.
- Identify vendors who offer instructional materials that provide high school levels 3 and 4 (intermediate level range of proficiency) in Chinese (mandarin), French, Latin, and Spanish which include a comprehensive, research-based instructional program that is comprised of curricula, assessments, materials of instruction, and other relevant learning materials including but not limited to teacher lesson plans and resources for students.

• Is aligned to the core content connectors and state world languages framework for high quality instructional materials.
• Provides a user-friendly teacher manual and detailed support for related ancillaries and materials of instruction for use.

• Provides appropriate integrated performance assessments to measure what students can do with the target language in the three modes of communication: interpretive, interpersonal, and presentational.
