Third Party Administrator Services

The Vendor is required to provide as a third-party administrator in claims processing and supporting services for the state.
- The Intended Source must have supporting services, processes, and forms in place for the standardization and efficiency as a third-party administrator in claims processing.
- The third-party administrator is responsible to reimburse providers for claims of which $70,000 is available. 
- The claims are reimbursed based on the allowable rate per the Current Procedure Terminology (CPT) codes related to the colorectal cancer screening program services. 
- The third-party administrator is not responsible to determine eligibility requirements of the colorectal cancer screening program.
- It is estimated that 3,000 claims may be processed. 
- The third-party administrator would be paid an administrative fee based on the number of claims processed. 
- The amount available for claims processing is $32,500. 
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
