Physician Billing Services

The Vendor is required to provide physician billing and accounts receivable management services to agency.
- Manage all aspects of the physician revenue cycle management, which may include but are not limited to implementing comprehensive compliant billing process, providing timely access to the information and tools essential for identifying billing problems and implementing prompt resolutions, improving overall billing performance through upgrades to processes and reporting, and incorporating commonly used technology into the billing process.
- Provide routine, comprehensive reporting and KPI analysis of all activities and on-going recommendations of best practices to improve operational and financial outcomes.
- The vendor services should result in improved compliance, underpayment and denial recovery, self-pay and insurance follow-up, as well as access to timely reporting and analytics to evaluate and manage the practice.
- Provide physician billing services that demonstrate efficient, successful claims resolution, management of AR, effective denial management and improve collections.

- Billing services include but not limited to:
•    Eligibility verification
•    Registration verification
•    Claim submission
•    Payment/remittance posting and reconciliation
•    Denial management
•    Payer rules/requirements
•    Patient statements
•    Customer service – in-bound and out-bound
•    Standard and Ad Hoc reporting/analytics
•    Manage multiple interfaces
•    On-site Account Executive and 1 clerical worker
- Provide interface solutions to data exchange, data driven analytics and leverage current state technology options to drive improvement and process efficiency.
