o 1 weekly census demographic file
o 4 payroll deduction files (2 inbound, 2 outbound)
o 6 carrier enrollment files
o 2 spending account contribution files
o 1 life insurance evidence of insurability (EOI) decision file
- Administration and process – backroom strength and automation
• Ability to share real-time insights via dashboard reporting
• Robust employer portal – providing on demand reporting with ability to drill down to data specs captured within the portal, access to case management and collaboration tools
• Scheduled, timely standard and custom reporting with additional ad-hoc reporting capabilities
• Automation of EOI processes
