- Documentation demonstrating the firm’s financial stability.
- The firm’s professional expertise and strategies used to expedite medical treatment and manage the medical delivery system.
- The medical management of each claim is handled appropriately to reach an end medical result for all claims.
- The firm’s in-house loss control services designed to reduce the frequency and severity of future claims.
