Network and Administration and Dental Prepaid Plan services

The Vendor is required to provide employees with a choice between an organization and prepaid dental program.
- The prepaid option has also been provided through a contract with Cigna Dental July 1, 2016.
- The Employee contributes 100% of premiums for both the Organization and Prepaid Plans.
