The Vendor is required to provide for third-party administrator (TPA) services for the transgender, gender expansive, and intersex people (TGI) wellness and equity initiative in an amount not less than $3,100,000 and not to exceed $3,250,000, effective upon execution through June 30, 2026; and not less than $3,100,000 and not to exceed $3,250,000, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, funded by county’s care first community investment (CFCI) funds.
- Provide direction and technical assistance to the Contractor in areas relating to programmatic implementation, policy, fiscal, and procedural
- As needed, meet with Contractor to discuss program issues and develop solutions.
- Provide templates for Contractor’s quarterly, year-end and final reports and organization subcontractors' monthly progress and final reports.
- Train all staff involved in the Initiative to ensure clarity of their role and responsibilities to the deadlines and expectations.
- Provide technical assistance to organization subcontractors and coordinate regular meetings with them to provide a learning and networking space.
- Conduct administrative, fiscal and programmatic monitoring on all subcontract agreements.
- Monitoring Subcontractors’ compliance with funding requirements, as well as any other applicable laws and regulations.
- Designate a programmatic lead to be the main point of contact for Contractor and Public Health; attend regular meetings with Contractor and/or Public Health; complete timely progress reports; and provide oversight of programmatic activities.
- Implement the approved project plan with activities and services, including but limited to health, mental health, safety, and/or education related activities.
