Workers Compensation Nurse Case Management Services

The Vendor is required to provide exclusive professional nurse case management services for the employees of county.
- The County or the County’s TPA:
•    Review all “lost time” injuries / illnesses.
•    Micro case management of lost time cases with a specific goal of returning claimants to modified or full duty as quickly as may be medically appropriate.
•    Maintenance of a data base of all assigned cases that details all professional services rendered and details all claimant and physician contacts/encounters by the nurse case manager.
•    Provide reports with content and on a timetable requested by the county or the TPA and a report showing monthly case management hours by case.
•    Provide other such services consistent with the firm’s ordinary deliverables.
•    Provide, as required assistance with forecasting and budgeting for annual insurance/risk management related expenditures related to workers’ compensation.
•    Manage any requests for prior medical records and assist with IME cover letters if needed.
