The Vendor is required to provide for a service agreement for 340b third-party administrator (TPA) that will allow division maximize funding to support and sustain grant programs.
- Directly collaborate with a pharmacy manager to streamline services and capture the maximum amount of 340b cost savings.
- Place would have to have the following capabilities:
• Consistent cost sharing framework (administrative charges to TPA)
• Quarterly payouts of captured clients (timeline of returns)
• Ability to partner with local independent pharmacies (medcart, crown, walgreens specialty, etc.)
• Web portal access to provide up to date 340b files
• Ability to provide monthly revenue reports based on claims
• Ability to communicate quarterly cost savings amounts/changes/projections
• HRSA audit support
• Designated point person of contact.
