Claims Management Services

The vendor required to provide claims management and administration services for the county’s self-insured property and casualty losses.
- Adjusting and administering property and casualty claims and losses and providing loss data with a risk management information system.
- Claims adjusting, management and administration services described below for the county self-insured deductile and retension property and casualty insurance program presently consisting of the following:
•    “All risks” property and inland marine insurance including, but not limited to buildings, contents, business income, extra expense, contractors’ equipment and computers and data processing coverages with a $250,000 deductible. 
•    Automobile liability, commercial general liability and law enforcement liability subject to a $1,000,000 each occurrence self-insured retention. 
•    Public officials liability subject to a $500,000 self-insured retention.
