The Vendor is required to provide for Third Party Administrator (TPA) Services to ensure the prompt and equitable disposition of auto liability claims for county’s risk management program.
- The selected TPA will be required to work closely with the workers’ compensation TPA for potential subrogation recoveries.
- Full claim management. Intake, liability determination, auto rental placement if needed, repair/total loss determination, appraisals for total loss, medical review and medical payments, diminished value, settlements, securing titles, scrap quotes, and securing full release for property and bodily injury.
- Provider shall have the ability to generate and electronically transmit weekly check registers.
- Provide a list of all vendors or indicate services are provided in-house that you utilize for accident investigation/reconstruction, claimant surveillance, appraisals, etc., to facilitate the timely resolution of claims.
