Third Party Liability Health Insurance Investigations and Recovery Claims Services

The Vendor is required to provide third party liability (TPL) activities: (1) third party health insurance investigations for cost avoidance purposes and to identify and recover agency claims payments from the liable third party; and (2) third party health insurance investigations and maintenance to ensure the cost effectiveness of the agency premium assistance programs.
- Better understand current and emerging vendor capabilities related to Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Assistance, and claims recovery services;
- Assess whether alternative structures or requirements may encourage broader vendor participation.
