Flexible Spending Account, Health Reimbursement Account, and Commuter Benefit Services

The Vendor is required to provide to administer Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA), and Commuter Benefit services that are part of the agency Benefits program.
¬- Additional services include, but are not limited to, sponsored flexible spending account/pre-tax programs. These Member Employers range in size from one up to 600 employees and many are subject to collective bargaining.
- Specific duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
•    Administer agency flexible spending account services.
•    Agree to administer agency current plan designs with no deviations.
•    Support compliance with Internal Revenue Service requirements, healthcare regulations, and industry standards.
•    Demonstrate a commitment to agency through superior partnership and delivery of best in-market member services.
•    Coordinate with agency to support the organization’s overall goals and integrate seamlessly into agency benefits package.
